Choosing Your Treatment

All first appointments will include an assessment that reviews relevant medical background, specific  issues that you want addressed, and some postural assessment. This is conducted in an informal, friendly and confidential manner so that you can be confident the treatment is about you individually. This can take 15-20 minutes usually and is part of your first treatment time. Subsequent sessions will make a brief review or check-up against your initial presentation but this is normally brief, again depending on the individual.
Deep tissue Massage

30, 45 or 60 minute session to target and relieve stress, pain and tension. Ideal for sufferers of lower back pain, tension headaches, shallow breathing and anxiety.

Starting with a detailed case history and assessment this treatment will be designed specifically to the circumstances of your body and your pregnancy. The aim is for you to come away rested, supported and relaxed.

First sessions are recommended for at least 1 hour 30 minutes to ensure the session is not rushed and we cover all relevant information before the treatment starts.

Pregnancy Massage
Sports Injury

Bodywork techniques can address a range of sports or occupational injuries to promote faster, more effective healing.

A detailed case history and postural assessment will precede this treatment of usually 30-45 minutes per treatment but can be longer when treating several issues.

Whatever your training volume or style, your performance and recovery will always benefit from a maintenance massage.  Using hands-on massage, stretches and trigger point therapy this will quickly minimise injury risks and keep you powering through your training schedule.

Usually a 30-45 minute session depending on the case.

Post Race

Run, jump, ride or swim, after a big race or event the body needs to recover and regenerate.  This massage will stimulate bloodflow, ease aches and pains and get you moving again.

This is an invigorating and reviving 30 minute massage but not too deep to enable the body to recover.
